Frances Zelazny is Co-Founder & CEO of Anonybit, a pioneering decentralized biometrics infrastructure reshaping user privacy and digital security. With 25+ years in scaling enterprise SaaS companies across cyber, fintech, digital identity, and analytics, she is known for her visionary leadership and operational excellence.

A fierce advocate for responsible use of biometrics, Frances has played a pivotal role in shaping how biometrics are used around the world. She’s worked closely with private sector, government officials and multilateral organizations to shape biometrics policy for social and economic development.

Her prior roles centered around marketing and strategy at L-1 Identity Solutions (now Idemia), BioCatch, MyCheck (now Shiji Group), Signals Analytics (now Skai), and CommerceIQ.
